Help with the Blackbrook iOS app

Getting started

Blackbrook stores your farm records on your device and optionally syncs them through your personal iCloud account. Sign in to iCloud on your iPhone or iPad, then open Settings → Sync in the app to check status.

iCloud sync

If records are not appearing on another device, confirm both devices use the same Apple ID, are connected to the internet, and that iCloud Drive is enabled. In the app, open Settings → Sync and tap Check Sync Now, then wait a minute on the other device.

Notifications

Reminders for compliance tests, open water problems, jobs, and low stock require notification permission. Enable them in iOS Settings → Blackbrook → Notifications, and in the app under Settings → Notifications.

Exports

PDF and CSV exports are created on your device. Use the share sheet to save to Files, email, or print. Year-end reports are under Settings in each module (Water, Pests, Chemicals, Jobs).
