Agreement

By creating a Blackbrook Cloud account or using the Blackbrook iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Blackbrook provides tools for estate teams to record operational data and sync it across devices. Features may change as we improve the product. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or unpaid obligations if applicable.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter, for keeping login credentials secure, and for inviting only people who should access your estate. Managers control team membership and role permissions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other estates’ data, reverse engineer the service for abuse, overload the service, or use Blackbrook for unlawful activity. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Data and privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Estate data is shared with members you invite.

Disclaimer

Blackbrook is a productivity tool. It does not replace professional advice for compliance, safety, or legal obligations. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
